Bill Fisher
Co-Founder
With over 30 years of experience in event and tournament management, Bill is the founding partner of TSG, and also serves as the Executive Director of United Soccer Academy, overseeing international travel and competition for youth, collegiate, professional, and national teams. Bill’s experience with tournaments, both in the US and internationally, adds to TSG’s ability to deliver and coordinate high quality coordination and operations to TSG tournaments here the United States.
Richie Gray
Co-Founder
As a founding partner, Richie plays an integral part of the strategic planning of tournaments, both internally and with club partnerships for TSG. As the Executive Director of Florida Rush, a 70-team/1,200 player club, as well as a full MLS Next club, Richie brings valuable experience from youth club soccer space as it relates to overall planning and development of events and tournaments.
Jairon Moreno
Director
Plays an integral role with TSG in overseeing tournaments and club partners in the United States. Jairon also serves as the Director of United Soccer Academy and is involved in tour coordination internationally and is active with event coordination in Europe, South America and Caribbean. An expert with the the GotSport platform, Jairon manages events of all levels, from 200-950 team tournaments. Jairon has Masters of Sports Administration from St. Thomas University.
Billy Rivera
Director
Billy is one of the key event Directors and manages several TSG and club events. 20 years of experience in youth soccer market with management roles in youth soccer clubs, Billy is also a certified referee assignor and has fluency in GotSport and other registration and scheduling platforms. Brings a qualified skillset in management of tournaments and events.
Mike Amato
Referee Director
Mike oversees the coordination of match officials and referee development. With over 20 years as a referee and 10 years as a referee assignor, Mike is a certified referee mentor and currently serves as the State Assignor Coordinator for Florida State Referees. Embraces software (Game Officials and Arbiter Sports) to manage events of all sizes. Mike has experiences of managing and coordinating referees at all levels from state, regional and national events and plays an integral part of the TSG management team.
Alvaro Franco
Director
Alvaro Franco joins TSG with a wealth of soccer experience both on and off the field. He served as Assistant Coach for the Women's Soccer Team at St. Thomas University and as Executive Director at Miami Lakes United Soccer Club, where he managed and expanded youth sports programs. Alvaro excels in travel and tournament management, having organized numerous youth events. He currently plays for the U.S. Men’s Beach Soccer National Team as well as professional playing experience. Alvaro studied Hospitality at the University of West Florida.
